General Conditions

You can book via e-mail, phone, fax and regular mail.
Booking office winter hours: Mon through fri: 9 a.m. -6 p.m., sat and sun: 10 a.m.-6 p.m.

Visitors welcome: every sat and sun from 7.1.2012.
Fidelity program: book and confirm by December 15, 2011, and you have the opportunity to choose a specific lodge, if available. Any request of specific lodge made after that date will be taken into consideration, but cannot be guaranteed.

In case of cancellation, the down-payment will be refunded as following:
- 90% if done 60 days before arrival
- 50% if done 30 days before arrival
- No reduction or return if cancellation is done after the above mentioned terms.

Full payment (possible after check-in) can be made through: cash, credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, EUROCARD), ATM-card. We do not accept cheques.
