You can book via e-mail, phone, fax and regular mail.
Booking office winter hours: Mon through fri: 9-13, 14.30-18.00, sat and sun: 10-12, 15-17.30. Visitors welcome: every sat and sun from January 13.
Fidelity program: book and confirm by December 15, 2006, and you have the opportunity to choose a specific lodge, if available. Any request of specific lodge made after that date will be taken into consideration, but cannot be guaranteed.

In case of cancellation, the down-payment will be refunded as following:
90% if done 60 days before arrival
50% if done 30 days before arrival
No reduction or return if cancellation is done after the above mentioned terms.
Full payment (possible after check-in) can be made through: cash, credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, EUROCARD), ATM-card. We do not accept cheques.

Bookings of house units: no reduction applied in case of delayed arrival and/or advanced departure. Bookings of emplacements: in case of advanced departure the price per person will be charged until day of departure, while the price of emplacement will be
charged according to the booked dates.
Arrivals of guests beyond maximum number accepted (children of any age included) cause cancellation of reservation and loss of down payment.
Minors are not admitted unless accompanied by an adult for the whole stay.
Unit tenants are subjected to a cautionary deposit of Euro 100,00 (due on arrival) and to endorse the inventory of the lodge. The controller will check the lodge
right before the tenants departure, and tenant will be charged for any loss or damage. More details available on arrival.
On arrival, guests are requested to tender a valid ID which will be returned after final payment.
Inside the premises only 1 car/motorbike per unit/emplacement is allowed, equipped with the control-coupon, otherwise it will be removed outside.
You can enter your living-unit after 18:30 the day of arrival, and must check out within 10:00 on departure. You can occupy your emplacement from 12:00 the day of arrival, and must leave it within 10:00 on departure.
