Isaresidence, a residential complex facing the sea, with swimming pools, restaurant, playground and private beach, is the alternative accommodation solution to Villaggio Isamar for those who want to spend their holiday in a more intimate and peaceful environment. Isamar can be reached with a short walk, with free and free access to all its facilities and services (water park, entertainment, sports courses, miniclub), but many of our guests prefer to spend their days here, with their children, among the swimming pools and the private beach (where each apartment has 2 deckchairs + umbrella available for free), appreciating the relaxing atmosphere.
Summer 2020: after the great success achieved in Barricata and Isamar, the MEGA-PISCINA LAGUNA opens in Isaresidence, a revolutionary facility, completely dedicated to water play, which has now become the hallmark of the Isaholidays Villages.
Extending over an area of 500 square meters, the mega-pool has a maximum depth of 40 cm, like a sort of large foreshore that allows simple, playful and zero-risk contact with water.
The absolute novelty in fact is the material with which it is made, a rubberized sheet placed on a sort of "soft mattress", perfect for small children. Inside, there are a series of islands that function as slides and play areas.
The 25-meter pool has also been completely renovated, with an infinity profile and a new filtration system, for swimming in an increasingly blue water.
In addition to the new swimming pools, the innovations of 2021 concern important restyling interventions on the structures: the terraces of the apartments on the floors have all been equipped with sliding awnings, which guarantee protection and shading. The ground floor apartments, which overlook their own private garden, have a covered gazebo measuring 16 square meters to protect the dining area, a glass barrier separating one from the other, and the private garden bordered by a gate, designed for offer more privacy and security for those with small children, and perfect for those on vacation with the dog.
