To offer its guests an unforgettable holiday even at the table, Isaholidays has chosen for Isamar Holiday Village the experience and professionalism of Gerla 1927, a solid and continuously growing entrepreneurial reality in the world of catering.
Piedmontese, with its main office in a historic venue in Corso Vittorio Emanuele II in Turin, Gerla 1927 has over 20 places including cafes, pastry shops and restaurants; for the first time, thanks to the partnership with Isaholidays, it goes beyond the borders of its region to bring an idea of contemporary cuisine to Veneto, always attentive to taste and quality, capable of satisfying customers from breakfast to dinner.
Throughout the summer Gerla 1927 will manage two restaurants, Dancer and Vivas, focusing on a gastronomic experience that gives centrality to taste through the quality of raw materials, respect for traditional recipes and a touch of originality. A 380,000-seat challenge that will satisfy all customers, combining the typical Isamar welcome with the ability to best interpret all of their tastes.
From breakfast to dinner, Dancer - by the pool - will offer fast food, simple cuisine alongside international proposals, such as poke, and pizza with sourdough.
Between land and sea, between traditional and international cuisine, Vivas will serve all the best of Gerla 1927's menu: grilled meat and fish, raw, grainy cuts of meat, contemporary cuisine but also, inevitable, pizza. Authentic local flavors and tasty recipes, prepared by the chefs with fresh seasonal ingredients.
