We offer you the availability of a favorable seasonal or semi-seasonal rental of our properties, which will allow you to organize the summer months by combining your work needs with the needs of those living with you, such as your children or relatives. You will have the property available for the entire booked period, leaving all your personal belongings in the accommodation even when you are not present in the village.

To families who wish to have a comfortable seaside house, reachable in a few hours, always available, sharing it with grandparents, uncles, or friends.


15% DISCOUNT for stays of at least 3 weeks (21 nights)
20% DISCOUNT for stays of at least 4 weeks (28 nights)
25% DISCOUNT if you stay the entire season

BOOKING CONDITIONS

- To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 20% is required
- The balance will be required within 7 days of arrival or, in the case of seasonal rental, by 30.04.2025

SUPER FLEX CANCELLATION POLICY

- Up to 3 days before arrival - for stays from opening to 06.06 and from 06.09 to closing
- Up to 7 days before arrival - for stays from 07.06 to 13.06, from 21.06 to 11.07 and from 30.08 to 05.09
- Up to 14 days before arrival - for stays from 14.06 to 20.06 and from 12.07 to 19.08
- Up to 21 days before arrival - for stays from 02.08 to 29.08
